I am also heavily involved in organising subcontract labour. I also manage the ordering of machinery and materials for our own project builds.

We were a family run company established in 2011, originally RJM Elite Building Ltd, now trading as Groundwork Solution Limited when two heads became one. Now a blended family company with a combined groundwork experience of 61 years between the two directors.

We are located in a beautiful part of the country in the village of Clare based in Suffolk with a storage yard in Long Melford, just 10 minutes away from our offices. A perfect central base to accommodate clients in the Essex, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and surrounding areas.

We offer a wide range of customisable services to fit all of our customers’ needs, specialising in professional groundwork services to both new build and refurbishment projects, commercial and domestic.

We currently have a total of 396 projects under our belt since the company began servicing a diverse range of projects from as little as 3k up to 5.5Mil, with a recent tender submission for a project at a value of 13Mil. We have developed a reliable supply chain to ensure that an efficient and quality service is delivered from inception through to post completion of a project.

GSL have an appointed person internally that complies with health and safety standards, as well as an external company for any assistance when needed and a dedicated person for the application submission for an outside boundary works such as s278 and section 50’s. This allows for a streamline process from beginning to end.
